Statement
As we enter the third year of the global pandemic, many schools are now reevaluating the protocols for on-site learning after seeing many spikes in COVID-19 cases; however, with each day as unpredictable as the last, this uncertainty is likely to stand past the new year as a new variant threatens our return to normalcy.
How can we create a feasible solution to help keep our children, teachers, and staff safe as they enter the school building each day? I believe emocha Health is that solution. emocha Health’s COVID-19 response has been proven to aid in the return-to-work strategies for many onsite companies, including the City of Baltimore’s government. By implementing emocha Health into local school systems, we will be able to see a change in the number of positive cases rapidly rising, be able to contact trace effectively and ensure that students, staff, and their families are prepared with self-monitoring skills in the event of a positive test or a pandemic in the future.
