Statement

First released in 2018, the internal mobile sales application of a major global semiconductor distributor has not evolved with the sales team structures that now exist globally. Through a design thinking approach, considerable quantitative and qualitative research was compiled and evaluated in order to ideate on new ways for the app to be used by all sales roles. A functional prototype was also created and tested incorporating three modes of use to allow for all discovered user types. The resulting testing was overwhelmingly positive with several minor changes and new ideas to consider.
