Statement
Through food, I connect the past with the present, revealing a piece of thyme through tidbits of information gathered from historical menus. I answer questions like, "How often did chicken liver show up on menus?" And, "If I could be any flavor of pie, what would I be?" All are delivered in the form of a paper placemat, allowing people to choose their own adventure.
