YOUR MICA PASSWORD:
Your MICA password is used for accessing myMICA content, MICA email, and logging into computers around campus. Passwords are extremely sensitive and should not be shared with anybody.
FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?
If you forgot your MICA password, you can access the password reset system below. The system will send a one-time key to your alternate email address on file. A numeric PIN number will be sent to this address to complete the password reset procedure.
Note: if your alternate email does not match or is no longer in use, contact Enrollment Services to update your email address.
If you have any issues resetting a forgotten password, contact Help Desk via email or service ticket.
CHANGE YOUR CURRENT PASSWORD:
To change your MICA password, please follow the following instructions.
- Log in to myMICA
- Click the Edit Account & Profile link
- Click the Password Reset link
- Enter your username and your old password, then create and confirm your new password in the fields provided.
Password changes may take up to 15 minutes to synchronize across systems.
Account activation emails are sent to personal email addresses on file upon enrollment or clearance from a department. A "welcome" email containing MICA ID, username, and authorization code will be used to activate a MICA account.
If you did not receive this email, please check your inbox or spam folders. Notify Help Desk if you need an account activation email to be re-sent.
MICA offers a range of online services for learning, access, and communication. For any access issues concerning (but not limited to) Gmail, Canvas, Workday, and myMICA accounts, please notify the Help Desk.
Any other inquiries for account related access should be made through a service ticket.
