Statement
Individuals who manage or receive care across multiple medical systems experience fragmented medical data, which leads to overwhelming stress, communication issues, and delays in care. I completed thorough desk research, competitive analysis, surveys, 9 user interviews, and 5 usability tests to explore this problem. My solution, Elaris, reimagines this challenge by utilizing modern interoperability standards. Elaris is a centralized health dashboard designed to simplify data management, empower patients, and streamline the flow of critical data across a healthcare team.
