JobTrack AI is an AI-powered platform designed to help job seekers organize, track, and prepare for their job applications with confidence. Over eight weeks, I conducted competitive analysis, surveys, and six user interviews to uncover key pain points like fragmented tracking, resume confusion, and interview anxiety. Using these insights, I designed an intuitive Kanban-style dashboard with automated reminders and AI-driven interview preparation tools. Usability testing validated the concept, highlighting the importance of clear affordances and guided onboarding. The project demonstrates how human-centered design and smart automation can simplify the job search journey and reduce stress.
