The Department of Exhibitions provides technology, pedestals and equipment for MICA faculty, staff and students participating in exhibitions listed on the Campus Gallery Schedule.

Label A/B Form 

The Label A form must be completed and returned if you are participating in an exhibition listed on the Campus Gallery Schedule and are in one of the major galleries. Keep the Label B form and attach to your work for identification.

The standard label size used by the Office of Exhibitions is 3.5" x 5," printed on cardstock. View label install instructions and general guidelines.

Exhibition Equipment/Pedestal Request 

The Office of Exhibitions provides technological equipment (flatscreens, iPads, media players, projectors, speakers, etc.) and pedestals (pedestals, platforms, sconces, shelves and vitrines) for exhibitions listed on the Campus Gallery Schedule.  All requests must be submitted two weeks prior to the start of your installation.

Pedestal Inventory

The pedestal inventory lists the dimensions of pedestals, platforms, sconces and vitrines available for use in exhibitions listed on the Campus Gallery Schedule.

Tech Inventory

The tech inventory lists the specifications of flatscreens, iPads, media players, projectors, speakers, etc. available for use in exhibitions listed on the Campus Gallery Schedule. 

Painting/Vinyl Security Deposit Agreement Form

Any student painting or applying large-scale vinyl graphics/decals to campus gallery walls must sign a security deposit agreement form.

Directions for Turning ON/OFF Exhibitions Form

The Office of Exhibitions/work study students will turn your equipment on/off during gallery hours if provided with written instructions.

Ladder Safety Form

The Office of Exhibitions has a variety of ladders (up to 12ft tall) available for short term use. The ladder safety form must be signed and returned for use of ladder. 

Exhibition Proposal

The Exhibition Proposal Long Form must be completed and returned if you are an outside artist, or would like to represent an outside artist to exhibit in a major gallery at MICA.

Office of Exhibitions Service Request

The Office of Exhibitions is available to provide art installation services to the departments of the MICA community. The Office of Exhibitions Request form must be completed and returned to schedule assistance.
