Office of Culture and Identity (OCI) Student Assistants aid the Assistant Director in the planning and implementation of diversity programs. The duties they perform assist with the process of building community, fostering an appreciation for diversity, promoting student learning, and furthering the OCI's values of peace, justice, and human dignity.
