We offer a variety of health care services centered on you.
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 12 p.m. (noon) and 1 -5 p.m.
Tuesday: 10:30 a.m. - 2 p.m. and 3 - 7 p.m.
Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 8:30 - 9:30 a.m. and 1 - 2:30 p.m.
Tuesday: 10:30 - 11:20 a.m. and 3 - 4:30 p.m.
Friday: 8:30 - 9:30 a.m.
If experiencing any of the above-mentioned symptoms, it is recommended to isolate immediately and notify the MICA health center by calling 410-225-4118.
Please do not go to Chase Brexton's Mt. Vernon location for COVID-19 testing unless instructed by someone here at the MICA health center.
Mandatory COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement for Students in Fall 2022
For the safety and health of students and the broader MICA community, a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy is in effect for all MICA students for Fall 2022.
The deadline to submit documentation is Friday, July 15, 2022.
International students who cannot be vaccinated in their home country prior to the start of the semester can request a temporary exemption. Students may also request medical and religious exemptions. The deadline to submit a medical or religious exception request for internal review is Friday, July 1, 2022.

Use the student health portal to submit required documents. Use your MICA login for the portal and upload health history forms, immunization records, and other documentation. Click the link below to navigate to the health portal.
The Student Health Center email should not be used for the submission of any health related forms/information. Please call the Student Health Center for any health related inquiries including scheduling, symptoms, prescriptions, etc.

In order to provide confidential and sensitive services to patients, Chase Brexton will offer a $50 STD screening package to students who desire testing without paying through their insurance carrier.
The staff of the MICA Student Health Services is pleased to assist students under the care of a home medical provider with medication management while attending school in Baltimore, Maryland.
Having a medical issue or just not feeling well? Not sure if you should make an appointment or come see us during walk in hours? Don't worry, we got answers!
There is no charge for standard health visits for full-time enrolled students, which are covered by your student health fees; however, there are fees for lab work, immunizations, and procedures.
Clinicians will refer students to medical specialists and imaging centers whenever necessary. Referred specialists will be determined primarily by the student's insurance coverage.
The majority of prescriptions given at the MICA student health center can be electronically sent to a local pharmacy at the request of the student. Chase Brexton has a pharmacy located within our Mt. Vernon Center (1111 North Charles Street), which is available to all MICA students.
