Decker Library offers more than research materials. During COVID-19, we are striving to provide our community with as much support as we can.

We've updated our services for the 2020-2021 Academic Year when instruction at MICA is fully online.

Our spaces are closed to public use, so we will not be offering printing and self-scanning or space reservations during this academic year.

However, we're still continuing with Research Instruction, research consultations, and we're introducing new services specifically to support our community during the pandemic.

Teaching Support

Faculty: Partner with the Library

During the 2020-2021 Academic Year, all Research Instruction will be held online. These sessions are tailored to the needs of a class or assignment. We kindly require instructions sessions be requested at least one week in advance.

Access Services

Scanning from the Collection (Document Delivery)

For the 2020-2021 Academic Year, we've launched our Document Delivery service (or DocDel), which allows remote users to access materials owned by Decker Library. This service is available to all current MICA Staff, Faculty, and Students. This service is not available to alumni or community members.
