This presentation explores the continuous evolution of community projects through the implementation of a nimble design process, from conception through construction, for the seamless integration of functional, social, environmental, and aesthetic goals. Community-centered projects often involve a dynamic program of multiple entities co-existing under the same roof, strong emphasis on equitable spaces and environmental responsibility intensive constituent and regulatory review processes, and limited budgets. To achieve the desired community impact, small firms must find efficiencies within their workflow and employ clear, attractive, and informative drawings and documents that reach varied audiences through the life of the project.
