He continued selling his shirts out of his backpack until eventually he got busted for selling where he wasn't permitted, but his enthusiasm and his customers' demand for more kept him going. Sara Barnes ’08 ’13 (Illustration BFA & MFA) is an illustrator and writer living in Seattle, WA. She sews custom embroideries of beloved pets onto clothing. “I started my shop because I'm passionate about animals—particularly our furry friends—as they add so much to our lives.
