Use your MICA email address and password to sign on to eMaint, then click on the service request button at the top of the page.
To make avoid delays, please provide the following information in your request:
- Your name, contact phone number, email, and location
- The specific location , including the building name or address, floor, room number, and other specific location (such as stairwell or corridor), where work is requested
- A detailed description of what is needed/the nature and scope of work requested
The status of all open work orders can be checked through eMaint or by calling 410-225-2317.
