Emily serves as the Deputy Director & Design Lead for the Baltimore Mayor’s Office of Performance and Innovation. 

She’s a multi-disciplinary designer on a mission to build a Baltimore with resident-centered and equitable public services, a modern and standardized visual design language, and user-friendly forms and interfaces. Emily earned a Master of Arts in Social Design from MICA and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from RIT. She serves on the National Board of Directors for Creative Reaction Lab, and loves teaching and learning from the next generation of designers.
