Taste fresh sourdough bread, make your own dough, and take some sourdough starter home to continue baking! As part of her exhibition OVERLOOKED, Inna Alesina will talk about common and useful species, including yeast that she captures from the air to use in bread making.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own mixing bowl, tea towel, and apron (or prepare for a little mess). The dough prepared during this workshop will need to rise overnight and must be baked (in an oven) the next day.
