Space Settlements Lunch Lecture (Free Food)
In the 1970s, NASA assembled a team of physicists, engineers, and space scientists—along with architects, urban planners, and artists—to create proposals for large cities in high orbit. The 1975 NASA Ames Summer Study on Space Settlement was an exercise in future studies and scenario planning, but it also existed within, and influenced, fields in art and design.
