AV Services

Also known as the Tech Desk, is staffed with technicians trained to operate and troubleshoot audio and visual technology on-campus.

Equipment Checkout:

Our team is located in the Art Tech Center at 1208 W. Mt Royal.

MICA students, faculty, and staff have access to a large inventory of A/V equipment- including, but not limited to: digital and video cameras, sound equipment, LCD projectors. Some equipment may be restricted based on class enrollment.

Reservations for equipment can be made online or in-person at the Tech Desk. 

Classroom Technology AV Support:

AV Services offers support to classrooms for faculty. Calls can be made for support and a technician will arrive at their earliest opportunity. Guides are provided below for troubleshooting basic classroom technologies. Call AV Services for any further support.
