Tech Desk Equipment Rentals
Students, faculty, and staff have access to a large inventory of A/V equipment such as: digital/video cameras, audio equipment, LCD projectors, and more. Students can rent department-specific equipment with a required reservation to the Tech Desk. If you are in the following majors, you may use equipment specialized for your needs:
- Animation
- Graphic Design & Graphic Design MFA
- Interactive Arts
- Interdisciplinary Sculpture
By reserving and checking out equipment from the Tech Desk, you acknowledge the Tech Desk's Rental Policy including the fine policies and consequences for Lost, Stolen, or Damaged equipment.
Reservations for equipment can be made online using the WebCheckout platform. Please note that equipment may be restricted based on class enrollment and academic holds.

AV Services offers support to classrooms for faculty. Calls can be made for support and a technician will assist. Guides are provided below for troubleshooting basic classroom technologies.
