Morgan Hartsfield is an Illustrator and Animator based in Baltimore, MD who focuses mainly on Visual Development. She graduated with a BFA in Illustration from Maryland Institute College of Art with a concentration in Animation. She is most interested in creating whimsical and cheerful art that brings smiles to people's faces.
