The series is a collaboration between five MICA Graduate programs: the Mount Royal School of Art, the LeRoy E. Hoffberger School of Painting, Curatorial Practice, Photography + Media & Society, and the Rinehart School of Sculpture.

The aim of the series is to build to important and engaging events that address the diversity of practice in our fields, and support MICA’s cross-disciplinary approach to art and design education.

Each lecture – six in total, spanning the Fall and Spring semesters –  will be accompanied by an opportunity for second-year Graduate students in the sponsoring graduate programs to share and discuss their work with the visiting speaker.
