Office of Events

MICA's Office of Events strives to support the MICA community to create purposeful events and assist the college by producing events that allow MICA and Baltimore to thrive.

MICA's Office of Events is charged with scheduling, coordinating, managing, and supporting all events on campus. The Office works closely with every department, division, and program to ensure that events reflect MICA's core values to all guests and community members in attendance. Additionally, the Office works with external clients who rent MICA spaces for their events to create a memorable experience at MICA.

25Live

MICA's Office of Events is responsible for scheduling all non-course use of campus spaces through 25Live. This includes reviewing, approving, and managing all campus locations (except the Film Centre). Within 25Live, the office also handles all room conflicts and negotiation of spaces, room updates, and user training.

Goldenrod Calendar

MICA's Office of Events compiles MICA’s comprehensive calendar, termed the Goldenrod Calendar. The calendar is the compilation of events and important dates from the Academic, Graduate, and Open Studies calendars, as well as, annual MICA campus-wide events, MICA marquee events, Trustee meetings, large conferences, scheduled large external events and other events/dates that are scheduled between August 1 and July 31 of the current academic year.

Below you can download a printable version, or by clicking on the "Google Calendar" link you can add it to your other Google calendars. If you have questions about this calendar please contact the Office of Events.
