The Center for Student Engagement is home to more than 30 student organizations, the Student Voice Association (MICA’s formalized and recognized student government), and a variety of programs and activities to keep students involved and gain leadership skills on campus.

Students can also find opportunities for involvement and leadership development through such programs as MICA Program Board, Student Space Gallery Program, Orientation and Student Organizations.

Vision

Through the Center for Student Engagement, every MICA student will cultivate and invest in a community where they can grow a personal and professional network, have a positive college experience, and discover their identities, strengths, and passions. Students will have space to act on ideas and issues they care about as well as understand others’ experiences. Thus, MICA students will develop leadership skills to be makers and agents of social change.
