The Residential Advisor (RA) works to assist the Department of Residence Life by providing direct support to on-campus students. Serve as the primary Residence Life student staff contact for residents Assist with community engagement initiatives and administrative functions for the Office of Residence Life Serve in an on-call after hours crisis-response system with professional and student staff multiple times a week

The Operations Assistant is a student employee within the Residence Life Department at the Maryland Institute College of Art. The Operations Assistant (OA) supports Housing Operations professional staff with daily front desk operations, administrative tasks, and departmental projects. The OA assists with maintaining housing-related systems and records, provides customer service to residents and campus partners, and supports operational processes during peak periods such as residence hall openings and closings. The Operations Assistant works under the supervision of the Housing Operations Coordinator.

The Studio Manager & Social Media Monitor is a dual-role position within the Residence Life Team at the Maryland Institute College of Art. This position involves managing the daily operations of residential studio spaces while also overseeing the Residence Life department’s social media presence. The individual will ensure that studio spaces are organized, accessible, and well-maintained, while also creating and curating engaging social media content that aligns with the department's goals. This position requires strong organizational, communication, and creative skills. The Studio Manager & Social Media Monitor reports directly to the Housing Operations Coordinator.
