All student organization meetings and events must be reported to the Center for Student Engagement using Plan-It. 

Please note: Plan-It and Equipment Reservations are closed for the 2025-2026 school year. We will be moving Plan-It to the MICA App over the summer and will announce when it is ready in the MICA Minute. Please reach out to studentengagement@mica.edu with any questions.

While reporting your events is required, it also serves your organization! By doing so, CSE is better aware of your club's operations and efforts, which can impact the level of support and funding assigned to your organization. Additionally, CSE will add events to the MICA / App and the Events & Exhibitions Calendar on your behalf to increase exposure! 

Registered student organizations are also able to reserve space for on-campus meetings and events through the Center for Student Engagement, in addition to supplies and equipment. 

Plan-It

Plan-It is intended for CSE Student Leaders — MICA Program Board (MPB), Student Org Officers, SVA, and Student Space Gallery Managers.

This form can also be used by MICA Departments and Offices Staff, Faculty, & iLead Student Positions (Ex. Wellness Coordinators, DCs, RAs, etc.).

This form is NOT for individual students not associated with a department or program.
