MICA Fitness is dedicated to creating a culture that focuses on supporting students, staff and faculty who use fitness as an outlet for inspiration, learning, stress-relief, and lifelong wellness.

At the MICA Fitness Center, you’ll find a wide range of cardio and strength equipment—including treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, and a full strength circuit—to keep your workouts varied and effective. Beyond the machines, we’re proud to offer a dynamic schedule of group fitness classes designed to fit seamlessly around your classes and work commitments.

Through MICA Wellness, the fitness center partners with campus and community organizations to bring you exciting opportunities to stay active—like off-campus trips, seminars on wellness and training, student-led fitness initiatives, and even equipment rentals for your own adventures.

We believe that fitness is personal—and so are your goals. Whether you’re preventing injuries, relieving stress, or building the stamina to create (in clay, paint, digital design, or beyond), our mission is to support your journey.
