MICA Artist Residencies at MASS MoCA

A time of exploration, learning and stimulation.
Offered in AY 2022 with COVID 19 health and safety guidelines - Continued Partnership terms subject to change

MICA partners with MASS MoCA to offer graduate students up to two fully funded multi-week artist residencies at the Studios at MASS MoCA for graduating MICA MFA and MA students. The residencies are hosted by MASS MoCA’s Assets for Artists program at the Studios at MASS MoCA.

We welcome applications from artists of all disciplines (painters, writers, installation artists, fiber artists, printmakers, designers, photographers, film/video, etc.)

Eligible MICA students should apply through Mass MoCA's regular online application process, for review by a jury panel consisting MASS MoCA curators, staff and practicing artists.
