Office of Culture and Identity

Diversity Coordinators and Mentoring Network

Diversity Coordinators are student employees and ambassadors for the Office of Culture and Identity. Our Coordinators are made up of Peer Educators and Peer Mentors. While the two groups work collaboratively, they have distinct roles. Peer Educators create and bring engaging cultural programs to MICA's student body; Peer mentors give back through peer-to-peer mentorship with incoming MICA students. In addition this work, Diversity Coordinators act as lead curators for the monthly exhibitions held at our office. The work, creativity and heart of our Diversity Coordinators are the spirit of OCI. Meet the '22-'23 Diversity Coordinator Cohort Below and learn more about the work they do below.
