Katelyn Victor

As Budget and Faculty Contract Analyst, Katelyn manages faculty records and acts as the general budget administrator for the Academic Affairs division. She produces reports on faculty for institutional research and budget purposes, coordinates policy and practice relating to full-time and part-time faculty contracts, and supports the administration of the Academic Affairs operating, capital, and faculty salary budgets. Prior to joining MICA in 2023, Katelyn served in program and operations management roles at a non-profit humanitarian aid and development organization. Katelyn holds an MBA and a Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland. In her free time, Katelyn enjoys outdoor activities, playing soccer, traveling, and trying new restaurants.

Dionna Green

Dionna Green provides administrative and operational support to the Provost and the Office of Academic Affairs. Responsibilities include managing schedules and communications, organizing meetings and events, handling sensitive academic documentation, and coordinating with departments. Dionna Green holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Morgan State University. She later attended University of Colorado, Colorado Springs where she obtained an MBA with a focus on innovation management and entrepreneurship. Dionna has successfully applied her degrees in fields such as financial investment, marketing, teaching and real estate management. Moreover, Dionna has enjoyed an unwavering passion for the arts starting as a little girl in ballet school. She continued in the arts through her studies of modern, jazz, tap dance, and acting. Later, through her grandfather, she fell in love with the art of photography. She performed in a play, a premium cable tv series, and a movie.
