Martin Lemelle is MICA's Executive Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer.
 

Martin Lemelle is a strategic business leader and accomplished professional with remarkable interdisciplinary acumen. He is highly competent in business and finance administration with a focus on process improvement and revenue and cost management.

Lemelle is a respected change agent, with a proven track record of organizing and developing highly functional teams that deliver superior performance. Martin is an effective communicator with the transformative ability to engage individuals at all levels of an organization.

As a competent practitioner of fiscal management, Martin has led finance and operations for organizations including the U.S. Senate, PricwaterhouseCoopers, IBM, General Electric, Dean Foods, and Industry Retail Group. Formerly, Martin was the Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer at Grambling State University. Lemelle was responsible for ensuring efficient operations for over 5,400 students and 600 employees. Martin is certified in Lean Six Sigma process improvement and has successfully managed operating budgets valued at a cumulative $6.5 billion.

Martin is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Grambling State University with a B.S. in Accounting. He received his M.B.A. from The George Washington University and iate University with a B.S. in Accounting. He received his M.B.A. from The George Washington University and his Executive Doctorate in Business from the SKEMA Business School.

In 2020, Martin was an endorsed candidate for U.S. Congress in Louisiana’s 5th congressional district. From managing billion-dollar enterprises to leading brand campaigns with Beyonce and Adidas, Lemelle is a modern thought-leader with a unique ability to engage diverse audiences.
