All faculty members should take the Basic Canvas training available through Instructure. For new faculty members, this training is important to complete prior to the orientation session.
Canvas - Instructure Community has multiple resources for faculty to use, including instructions to using the Teacher App on a mobile device.
Instructure also provides a Guide to the Basics.

If you are having a concern with your Canvas course, take a screenshot of the problem (if possible) and report it via the Canvas Tech Request Form
