DESCRIPTION:The First Year Experience Contemporary Visual Language's Lecture Series presents a talk by Julia Di Bussolo\, Executive Director of Arts Everyday. Julia will share with first year students about Baltimore as a vibrant city for artists and designers. Julia (she/her) is a lifelong arts advocate\, artist\, and proud parent of a Baltimore City Public School student. She joined the organization in 2012 and brings a passion for arts education\, community organizing\, and youth development. She previously served as the program director at The Club at Collington Square\, an East Baltimore-based after school program. She holds a Bachelors of Arts in Photography and Masters of Arts in Community Arts from the Maryland Institute College of Art.
