A Note from the Stacks...

One lives in a world
is lived in by a world
punctuated by robins and jackhammers
containing an innerness bigger than its skin.

It Can Be Solved By Walking

Decker Library is a space dedicated to serving all students -- undergraduate, graduate, open studies in addition to faculty, staff and alumni, as well as community members in need of research assistance and access to our unique resources. We empower the MICA community as knowledge seekers and support research as a creative process.  Inter//Action is part of a series of Community Shows hosted by Decker Library to exhibit some of the extraordinary talent fostered by this creative research.

Inter//Action is a call for artists to consider our connection to the natural world. We are proud to display art from all areas of MICA’s community including work by staff, faculty, alumni, graduate and undergraduate students. The diverse perspectives offered by the selected artists and featured in this show support the ecosystem of research, learning, and artistic practice cultivated within our community.

Light refreshments will be served
