Below you will find information about the purpose of this program and how Human Resources will partner with you and your manager to potentially match you with roles in the various departments across campus. The job-matching program would only be necessary for employees that cannot fulfill all or some of their job duties remotely. The program provides an opportunity to fill those gaps.

Please partner with your manager to determine your capacity to potentially work on a specific project, a short-term assignment, or in a different role on a regular basis in other departments.
