Sign Up for Housing

To sign up for housing at MICA, each student must:

1. Submit the required enrollment and housing deposits.
2. Complete the online housing application through LIVE@MICA.

If you have questions about your deposit, please contact Student Accounts at studentaccounts@mica.edu.

Spring 2026 Application Opens:
The housing application will be available on LIVE@MICA beginning Wednesday, October 22, 2025.

On-Campus Housing Requirement

All first-time, first-year students and transfer students entering at the freshman or sophomore level are required to live in on-campus housing. Students must also sign an agreement to remain in on-campus housing for their second year.

For information on exemptions, please review the Housing Exemption Policy.

Housing Portal Login Notice

Students must use their official MICA credentials to log in to LIVE@MICA.
Personal email addresses can no longer be used to create or access a housing profile.

Orientation dates will be communicated directly by the appropriate office.

Room Assignments

Spring residents will not be able to select a specific room or roommate group. Assignments are made based on availability and responses to the Lifestyle Questions on the housing application.

Please answer all questions honestly — your responses help us create the best possible roommate pairings and living experience!
