• Drop-In Hours/Sessions: In-person drop-in sessions (20 minutes) are available Monday-Friday from 2:00 pm-3:30 pm in SCC, serving as a non-scheduled session (first come first serve).

Brainstorm: Anxiety Group

Therapeutic Group
• Meets every Wednesday for five consecutive weeks
• October 22-November 17, 2025
• 2:30 p.m. - 3:45p.m.
• Sharing is not required.
Join the Brainstorm Anxiety Group! In this therapeutic group, you will learn skills to handle anxiety, improve your self-care, take part in calming activities, and make connections with other students.! No need to have been diagnosed with depression or any mental health condition.
