I'm a UX Research & Strategy Leader who builds and scales modern research functions through insights, experimentation, and execution. I lead teams, create clarity in complex environments, and use ResearchOps + AI to drive confident decision-making and product direction. I've shaped federal systems serving millions (CMS), delivered enterprise AI frameworks (Ford Pro), guided growth at fast-moving companies (Bolt), and built one of the region's largest UX ecosystems as Founder of UX University (501c3) and UXCON.

I teach UX Research in one of the first Master's programs of its kind at MICA, developing emerging researchers through coaching, experimentation, and real-world continuous discovery practices.
