Orbital Revolution

According to Taoist theory, the human body's energy system functions like a planetary system, circulating and sustaining both physical and mental well-being. This inner energy system is also connected to the cosmos, exchanging and communicating energy. This concept exists not only in Chinese culture but also in similar forms across different cultures worldwide. In my paintings, I incorporate four god symbols representing the four directions in Chinese astrology, soaring from afar and entering another dimension within the body of a sleeping giant.
