Kyle Van Horn '03

Studio Manager, Printmaking & 2D Prototyping Space

Kyle Van Horn is the Studio Manager for the Printmaking Department. He also oversees the two undergraduate Risograph labs: the 1515 Risograph Lab, located in the 1515 Printmaking Studios, and 2D Prototyping in the 4th floor of the Fox building. He is a MICA alum (2003), with a BFA in Painting and a minor in Printmaking and Bookarts.

Outside of MICA, he co-owns and manages a public access print studio called Baltimore Print Studios with his wife Kim Bentley. Founded in 2010, this studio teaches workshops and offers public press rentals in Letterpress, Screenprinting, and Risograph. Additionally, he designs, builds and sells equipment for use in paper and printmaking studios.
