Finally, as a reminder, if you haven't already done so, it’s critically important for all MICA employees to:
- Register your proof of vaccination (vaccine card) within Workday. This is how we will be able to know MICA’s percentage of vaccinated individuals.
- Answer the one question survey that lets us know that you have completed your upload, if you need help, if you need transportation to obtain your vaccine, or if you are vaccine hesitant.
And remember, all employees who have uploaded their proof of vaccination to Workday by Friday, June 11 will automatically be entered into a drawing to win MICA Store swag!

As of this writing, roughly one third of our community has responded to the survey. If you have already done so, thank you. If you haven’t, please do so now.
