Bianca J. Jackson is a creative technologist, entrepreneur, and systems-focused innovation strategist raised in Philadelphia and rooted in Baltimore. She leads BrickRose Exchange, an award-winning learning and innovation venture recognized by partners including American Express, Comcast, and Meta, and has managed programs that help founders turn ideas into sustainable business models through applied learning, ethical technology adoption, and practical strategy. Bianca also managed USA Today’s Pulitzer Prize-winning immersive VR project, The WallVR, and holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and a BS in Information Systems from Drexel University. She teaches with the belief that creative entrepreneurship can support economic freedom and community advancement, encouraging students to build businesses grounded in imagination, equity, cultural relevance, and long-term possibility.
