Ashley Cook

Part-Time Faculty / Teaching MA

Ashley has served as an educator with Baltimore City Public Schools for 16 years, holding roles as a classroom teacher, K–8 principal, and Director of Literacy, Languages, and Culture—where she led the district’s literacy and fine arts departments. A lifelong lover of the visual and performing arts, she is passionate about integrating creativity and knowledge-rich instruction to inspire students and educators alike.

Currently, Ashley serves as the Regional Director of Implementation Services for a knowledge-building curriculum company, supporting educators and leaders across various levels to ensure strong outcomes for all students. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her three children, attending great theatre performances, visiting museums, winning trivia nights, and traveling.
