Apply to live on Campus

Transfer students are not required to live on campus, but you can apply to live in a residence hall.
We guarantee an on-campus housing assignment for the first 30 transfer students who pay their housing deposit along with their tuition deposit.  Residence Life will contact these 30 students with the next steps in the housing and roommate matching process.  Please note that single/double room-type requests are considered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Off-Campus Housing? Investigate Your Options

For Housing Search tips, and information about rooms/apartments for rent and local apartment complexes go to our Off-Campus Housing page.

Let MICA know your decision: make your tuition and housing deposits

As soon as you know you have decided to attend MICA, make it official!

Deposits can be paid online at mica.edu/deposit.
For more payment options go to our website.

Fill out and return the Declaration of Intent form (found in your digital admission packet and hard copy admission folder). Your tuition deposit ($450) and if living on campus, your housing deposit ($550) are due on or before your Candidate Reply Deadline: May 1, 2020

Scholarship offers and financial aid awards must also be accepted,  and forms signed and postmarked no later than your candidate reply deadline.
