MICA alumni receive recent honors from New York Times and Forbes

MICA alumni have been honored for their work in the New York Times and Forbes.

Alumna Abbi Jacobson's '06 (general fine arts) Broad City made New York Times' 20 Shows to Watch list just as it's about to start its second season on Comedy Central.  Jacobson, along with Ilana Glazer, is co-creator and star of the show, which has Amy Poehler as an executive producer. Season two of the hit comedy premieres Wednesday, January 14.

International street artist Gaia '11 (interdisciplinary sculpture) and exhibiting artist Jacolby Satterwhite '08 (painting) made Forbes' list for 2015 30 Under 30 in Art and Style.
