Job duties:

Random House Films is seeking two editorial/film summer interns for a ten week period during the summer from the beginning of June through mid August. Specific responsibilities include: evaluating manuscripts, writing coverage, learning about the editorial and production process, generating reports as well as administrative responsibilities and ad hoc projects.

Job requirements:

Qualified candidates should be juniors entering their senior year of college. Ideal candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have excellent organizational and communication skills. Prior internship/office experience required. Interest in film and publishing required. One of the internships is paid and the other is for academic credit. Please state clearly in your cover letter if you are able to receive academic credit for the summer. The deadline for applying online to this program is April 16, 2009.
