How can my student order regalia?
Students have the option of wearing a gown, beret, or their own choice of clothing. Graduating graduate students in MA or MFA programs receive their hood at the Commencement Ceremony. Students indicate their regalia preferences on the Graduating Student Survey due online on March 11, 2016. There is no charge to undergraduate students who rent the gown and beret. Graduate students are not charged for regalia and get to keep their gown and hood. Many students (or their families) like to purchase a handmade beret for $28 (if purchased by the March 13th deadline). To order, they must indicate the purchase on their order form, and we have the beret made especially for them. When they pick up their regalia, they can pay for the beret with cash, check, or they may charge their student account deposit.
