About Us

The Student Activities Office staff are here to support you in your leadership goals, whether it be through becoming an Orientation Leader, joining a student organization, participating in community-based learning, or just navigating through all the awesome events going on at MICA. If you have one-time questions or work with us regularly, we are here for you--get to know us!

Fun Fact: I've never had a cavity before! Also, I still have baby teeth.

In my spare time, you can find me: Being a rock star mama raising a 2-year old and a 4-year old. I also enjoy wellness, exercising, taking care of myself, positive thinking, and self-empowerment. And lastly, I like to "do stuff" around town...festivals, fruit picking, farmers market, outdoor music, Six Flags, etc.

Ask Me About: Student Voice Association, getting connected to campus, Senior stuff/Commencement, graduate student life, and overall feedback/comments/questions/problems. Feedback about the Student Activities Office or Campus Life in general.

Bella Gullia
Assistant Director of Student Engagement

Fun Fact: I sang with the Rolling Stones in 2015!

In my space time, you can find me: reading a good book with some coffee and if its nice outside, I am probably in my hammock or I am spending quality time with my friends!

Ask Me About: Student Space Galleries, Student Organizations, becoming a Program Manager, and Student Voice Association.

Jenn Ramsdell
Assistant Director of Transitions

Fun Fact: I met Joe Biden once while waiting for an Amtrak train.

In my spare time, you can find me: snuggling my doggo, listening to true crime podcasts, or watching random documentaries on Netflix.

Ask Me About: Orientation, the First Year Experience, First Generation Students, iLEAD, the OneApp, and Graduate Student Programming.

Ashley Guchhait

Fun Fact: I'm a 2017 MICA graduate and have started my own video game studio, along with three others, called Boba Studios. My senior thesis project, Squirrely Roo Rabbit, is our debut game!

In my spare time, you can find me: playing with my dogs and spending time with my friends and family. I also enjoy playing games, reading, writing, cooking/baking, and music (both making and listening to--especially if it's a concert!).

Ask Me About: on-campus events, equipment reservations, posting policy, and generally anything MICA-related!
