Group Fitness

Spring 2017 Group Fitness Classes:

Spring Classes will start on Sunday, January 22nd and end on Sunday, April 30th

**There will be no Yoga or Zumba classes March 11th to the 17th**

Yoga (Yogaworks)

Sundays   11:15 am  - 12:45 pm 

Tuesdays   12:00 pm - 1:00 pm 

Fridays   4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Saturdays (New!)   1:00pm - 2:00pm 

Zumba (with Ron)

Tuesdays   5:15 pm - 6:15 pm

Thursdays   6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
