Exit Counseling

When you graduate and leave MICA, Exit Counseling helps you better understand the responsibilities that accompany your student loans.

The process takes approximately 30 minutes and is a requirement of your student loan agreement. The link below will take you directly to the Direct Lending web site and you will complete the process on line.

Complete On-line Exit Counseling

You can access the National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS) to view the details of all of your federal student loans. The NSLDS website, www.nslds.ed.gov , provides you with the type and amount of each federal loan borrowed, the loan status, and the name, address, and telephone number of the loan holder - details that may come in handy now that you are ready to begin repayment.

If you have any questions regarding repayment, consolidation, or deferment of your loans, please contact the Federal Student Aid Information Center toll free at 1-800-4-FED-AID.
