Students have a great variety of technology available to them at MICA. From a large wireless network across the campus, to high speed internet in the dorms and classrooms, to online registration, technology is always available to encourage learning, art-making, and life at MICA.
The department of Technology Systems and Services (also known as TSS) is dedicated to supporting the integration of technology and art education here at MICA. In order to do that, people are encouraged to stay in touch with the Help Desk to report any technological issues, or if you notice an area where TSS can improve.
The Help Desk can be reached at Help@MICA.edu and (410) 225 - 2201, and if you want to stop by and speak with somebody directly, you can find the Help Desk on the second floor of the Art Tech Center, at 1208 Mt. Royal Avenue.
