The actual office for the Help Desk is located on the 2nd floor of the Art Tech Center (1208 W. Mount Royal Avenue), very close to the Digital Print Lab. If you have a technology question or need, please feel free to stop by and let us know. Here are the working hours for the Help Desk:

* Please note that the Help Desk staff is scheduled for a lunch break at 12 pm - 1 pm daily.
Any people who have an issue outside of those operating hours can either send an email, or leave a voice mail about the issue, and the Help Desk staff will respond to the issue as soon as possible. Any messages left for the Help Desk staff should include as much information about the issue as possible, as well as a phone number to discuss the issue further, if need be.
During the fall and spring semesters, the AV Desk (also known as the Tech Desk), can provide some basic Help Desk support after 4:30 pm during the week at the phone number (410) 225 - 2301.
