General Rental Equipment Reservations

(for students)

  • Reservations may not be made by phone or over email
  • Must be picked up in person at the main office (Art Tech Center at 1208 W. Mt Royal)
  • May only be made six days ahead of time
  • Equipment must be returned to the AV desk when you are renewing your equipment reservation. 

Classroom Equipment Reservations

(for Faculty and Staff ONLY)

  • All reservations for classroom equipment must be made by emailing AV Services at avservices@mica.edu
  • Reservations must be made at least 2 days prior to delivery.
  • Reservations can be made as far in advance as possible.
  • Equipment cannot be taken off campus. It must remain in the classroom.
  • May request delivery OR pickup
  • Deliveries are restricted to the following buildings: Brown Center, Bunting Center, Fox Building, Main Building, Station Building, Annex Building, Meyerhoff House, The Gateway and The Firehouse.
  • Equipment is due by closing on the same day as pickup
  • Please notify AV services at 410-225-2301 or avservices@mica.edu of any cancellations.
